Las armas y las municiones descritas en los artículos 1º y 2º que lleguen a las aduanas o a cualquiera oficina postal, serán decomisadas y remitidas al Ministerio de Guerra; en igual forma se procederá con los elementos que de tales clases se encuentren en poder de personas o entidades particulares.
