La entrega se hará por el Ministerio de Guerra al Municipio de Manizales, una vez que se traslade a los nuevos cuarteles el Batallón, y siempre que se reconozcan a favor del Gobierno Nacional, por el tiempo que las partes fijarán, rebajas en las tarifas ordinarias que se cobren por los servicios de acueducto y alumbrado en los cuarteles.
