De la aplicación de sanciones. Las sanciones establecidas en los artículos 33 y 36 de este Decreto, con excepción de la enunciada en el numeral 1º de ambas disposiciones, serán impuestas mediante resolución motivada en la que se indicarán los recursos a que tienen derecho los sancionados.
