Fondo Nacional de Garantías . Tiene como objetivo el otorgamiento de garantías que permitan a la Mipyme (personas naturales o jurídicas) de todos los sectores económicos (excepto del sector agropecuario), el acceso al crédito ante los intermediarios financieros, para proyectos viables y que requieran financiación y no cuenten con garantías suficientes, respalda créditos destinados a la adquisición de activos fijos, capital de trabajo, reestructuración de pasivos y capitalización empresarial.
