En concordancia con el literal h) del artículo 2º de la Ley 278 de 1996 , la Comisión Permanente de Concertación de Políticas Salariales y Laborales, dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes a la vigencia de esta ley, presentará un informe al Gobierno Nacional respecto de la preparación que haya efectuado de proyectos de ley relacionados con las materias a que hacen referencia los artículos 39, 55 y 56 de la Constitución Política.
