No podrá ejercer el cargo de Director, quien se encuentre incurso en alguna de las inhabilidades e incompatibilidades establecidas en el régimen de los servidores públicos, así como para las previstas en el artículo 15 del presente decreto para los miembros de Junta Directiva.
