Art. 2.° El Poder Ejecutivo contratará la obra de la Recopilación con dos profesores de derecho, a quienes podrá pagar por este trabajo hasta la suma de dos mil pesos, i considerará dicha partida como incluida en el Presupuesto de gastos de 1872 a 1873.
