Resuelto el recurso de apelación se devolverá el expediente para que el alcalde o funcionario que haga su veces, adelante la diligencia relacionada con el cese de perturbación, o archive el expediente según el caso. La diligencia se efectuará al día siguiente de recibido el expediente y en la misma se notificará la providencia que resolvió la apelación.
