Las Facultades Nocturnas deberán distribuir las horas de estudio y el término total de los años para obtener el título, de tal manera que la intensidad de aquellas, el pensum y las pruebas de capacitación, sean por lo menos iguales a las de las Facultades Diurnas, previa aprobación del Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
