La autorización concedida al Gobierno Nacional por el artículo 3° de la presente ley para ampliar la emisión de los Títulos de Ahorro Nacional, TAN, sólo podrá utilizarse para financiar partidas de gastos por el valor neto que deba entregar el Banco de la República a la Tesorería General de la República.
