º. El Gobierno Nacional fijará la suma que deben pagar los usuarios a la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro por el otorgamiento de cada escritura.

Los aumentos que se efectúen en virtud de esta autorización deberán guardar la debida proporción con los de la tarifa notarial.
