°. El numeral 3 del artículo 1° del Decreto 2148 de 2009 quedará así: “3. Asistirán a las deliberaciones en que se traten asuntos de su competencia, como miembros no permanentes, sin derecho a voto: - Directores de departamentos administrativos no contemplados en el numeral anterior. - Directores o gerentes de organismos descentralizados. - Demás funcionarios públicos invitados por el Presidente de la República o el Secretario de los Consejos”.
