Son nulas las providencias y las diligencias no autorizadas debidamente por quien corresponda. En tal caso debe reponerse a su estado anterior lo que se haya hecho como consecuencia de tales providencias o diligencias, y procederse como si no se hubiese fallado, o practicado la diligencia.
