º . Modifícase el numeral 5 del artículo 1º del Decreto 066 de 2003, el cual quedará así: "5. Límite de la cobertura. Serán los primeros cuarenta mil (40.000) créditos que se desembolsen entre el 1º de septiembre de 2002 y el 31 de diciembre de 2005 y que de acuerdo con el presente decreto sean Créditos Elegibles".
