En el Nivel nacional, como en cada una de las Seccionales "Tipo A" y "Tipo B" del Instituto de Seguros Sociales funcionará una Comisión de Personal de conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 64 y 94 del Decreto-ley 1651 de 1977 y 73. 159 y 197 del Acuerdo 09 de 1978, aprobado por el Decreto 1166 del mismo año.
