Ley 100 de 1913 · Por la cual se da una autorización al Gobierno (Fronteras)

Autorizase al Gobierno para organizar y mantener en los territorios limítrofes del país los Cuerpos de Zapadores y Policía de fronteras que se requieran, y para señalar al personal de las Fuerzas que organice y demás empleados que sean necesarios, el sueldo que estime conveniente, de acuerdo con las necesidades de cada región.

Parágrafo

Igualmente queda autorizado el Gobierno para adquirir y llevar a dichas regiones el número de embarcaciones de guerra y demás elementos que estime necesarios para defender la integridad territorial de la Nación.
