ARTICULO 100. FINES DE LA EVALUACIÓN DEL DESEMPEÑO. La evaluación del desempeño deberá tenerse en cuenta para la inscripción en el Registro de Carrera, la permanencia en el cargo, los ascensos, el otorgamiento de estímulos, el acceso a programas de bienestar y capacitación y el retiro.
