º . Terminación de los acuerdos . El concepto previo no vinculante de los Ministros de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural y de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, a los que hace mención el artículo anterior, se solicitarán también para los casos en los cuales el Superintendente de Industria y Comercio estudie la posibilidad de terminar el acuerdo por haber cesado la inestabilidad del sector cuya protección propende.
