Artículo primero. Autorízase a la Central Hidroeléctrica de Caldas, Limitada, para comprometer las reservas de depreciación establecidas por el Decreto 2286 de 1948, en lo que no afecten al servicio de amortización, intereses y comisiones, al Banco Internacional de Reconstrucción y Fomento. La inversión que se autoriza por el presente artículo se hará exclusivamente en obras de reparación, reconstrucción, reposición o mejora De las Plantas Intermedia, Municipal, San Cancio, Guacaica y Pinzón Hoyos, de propiedad de La CHEC.
