Formato Único de Contratación (FUC). La información de los contratos de servicio público educativo de que trata el presente Capítulo suscritos por las entidades territoriales certificadas, se reportará al Ministerio de Educación Nacional en el Formato Único de Contratación (FUC), quince (15) días después de suscritos los contratos; la información reportada en el FUC deberá ser consistente con la reportada en el Simat o en el sistema de información que determine el Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
