Son Profesiones agronómicas y forestales para los fines de la presente Ley, las siguientes: Ingeniería Agronómica, Ingeniería Forestal, Ingeniería Agrícola, Agrología y Agronomía.

Parágrafo

Los profesionales colombianos con el título de Planificadores y Evaluadores de Recursos Naturales egresados en el país hasta antes de la vigencia de la presente Ley, quedarán amparados por las disposiciones de esta ley.
