- MODIFICACION DE NORMAS SOBRE CONTROL Con el fin de asegurar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones establecidas en el numeral 1 del artículo 102 y numeral 1 del artículo 103 del presente Estatuto, el Gobierno Nacional podrá modificar las disposiciones de este capítulo relacionadas con los requisitos y procedimientos que deben adoptar con tal propósito las entidades sometidas al control y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria.
