Art. 64. En los plazos de días que se señalen en las Leyes y actos oficiales, se entienden suprimidos los feriados y de vacantes a menos de expresarse lo contrario. Los de meses y años se computan según el calendario para el último día fuere tratado o de vacante se extenderá el plazo hasta el primer día hábil.
