Art. 1.° Confirmanse en interinidad los nombramientos hechos por decreto del Presidente del Estado del Magdalena, de fecha 6 de enero próximo pasado, en los señores Ricardo Avendaño, Augusto Ospina, Eladio Noguera i Francisco Santaelena para Telegrafistas de las Oficinas de Santamaría, Ciénaga, Sitio-Nuevo i Remolino, con las asignaciones siguientes : el de Santamarta con $ 480 anuales, el de Sitio-Nuevo con $ 600 i los de la Ciénaga i Remolino $ 360 cada uno.
