ARTICULO 2.3.1.77.- DE LOS BONOS DE GARANTIA GENERAL O ESPECIFICA. Los bonos de garantía general o específica que emitan las Corporaciones Financieras continuarán sujetos a las normas especiales que los regulan. No obstante lo anterior, y con el fin de llenar los vacíos de su régimen legal, se aplicarán a dichos bonos las reglas del presente Estatuto que no pugnen con su naturaleza. En todo caso, no será necesario que exista un representante de los tenedores. CAPITULO II DE LAS ACCIONES CON DIVIDENDO PREFERENCIAL Y SIN DERECHO DE VOTO.
