Los préstamos del Instituto son hipotecarios. El capital y los intereses de los préstamos que otorgue al Instituto para vivienda rural se cubrirán por el sistema de amortización gradual, por cuotas mensuales, trimestrales, semestrales o anuales, de acuerdo con la reglamentación que establezca la Junta Directiva del Instituto.
