En desarrollo de su objeto y con el fin de facilitar el cumplimiento de sus funciones, la CVC podrá desarrollar sus obras y programas directamente o a través de terceros, mediante esquemas de colaboración con el sector privado, sin restricciones distintas a las impuestas por el régimen general de contratación de las entidades públicas.
