Internación de inmaduro sicológico. Si se tratare de inmaduro sicológico, el juez ordenará su internamiento en establecimiento público para que se le suministre educación o adiestramiento industrial, artesanal o agrícola y buscar su adaptabilidad al medio social. Si sus parientes, mediante otorgamiento de caución que fijara el juez, garantizan Ios fines señalados anteriormente, podrá ordenarse su internamiento en establecimiento particular aprobado oficialmente.
