Recibido el proyecto, el Presidente de la Corte solicitará al magistrado sustanciador que informe a la Corte dentro de los seis días siguientes si las nuevas disposiciones legislativas concuerdan con el dictamen de la Corte. Este adjuntará al informe el proyecto de fallo definitivo. La Corte decidirá dentro de los seis días siguientes.
