El Gobierno Nacional implementará y destinará, en un término no mayor a (6) seis meses contados a partir de la entrada en vigencia de la presente ley, una línea de crédito especial a través de la Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial (Findeter) para el fortalecimiento en inversión, infraestructura y equipamiento de los cuerpos de bomberos.
