Las certificaciones sobre ejercicio del cargo de Director así como de los miembros de la Junta Directiva, serán expedidas por el Ministro de Educación Nacional, en su carácter de Presidente de la Junta. Las referentes a los demás funcionarios y empleados del Instituto, así como las demás certificaciones que deban darse, las expedirá el Director o el funcionario a quien éste confiera tal atribución.
