No se permitirá el expendio de licores o de bebidas alcohólicas o fermentadas los domingos y demás días de fiesta civil y eclesiástica, los de elecciones populares y los jueves y viernes santos. En esta prohibición queda incluido el consumo en los lugares de expendio, en los días mencionados.
