º. Incentivos y ventajas . Al tenor de lo dispuesto en el artículo 9º de la Ley 1454 de 2011, se podrán acceder a los siguientes incentivos y ventajas

Acceso preferencial a las acciones de fortalecimiento institucional que desarrolle la Nación, en especial a través del "Programa para la Generación y Fortalecimiento de Capacidades Institucionales para el Desarrollo Territorial";

Cofinanciación a través de otros niveles de gobierno de iniciativas enmarcadas dentro del Contrato Plan o sus herramientas de ejecución, de conformidad con las normas respectivas;

Priorización de proyectos de conformidad con la ley del Sistema General de Regalías.
