Proyectos de inversión de infraestructura. Los recursos provenientes del anticipo a que se refiere el Artículo 23 de la Ley 2056 de 2020 y el presente Decreto, se podrán destinar a la financiación de proyectos de inversión de infraestructura en agua potable, saneamiento básico, vivienda, vías terciarias, energías renovables, electrificación rural y conectividad. Tratándose de municipios declarados Patrimonio Cultural de la Nación, los recursos se destinarán, además de los conceptos indicados en el inciso anterior, a proyectos de inversión relativos a la conservación, mantenimiento, protección, fortalecimiento y promoción de infraestructura relacionada con su patrimonio histórico y cultural, sin que en ningún caso puedan financiarse gastos permanentes por este concepto.
