Contabilización de valores. En la contabilidad nacional deberá incluirse el valor de las liquidaciones y actos oficiales cuyos fallos han quedado en firme y son exigibles, correspondientes a obligaciones tributarias, aduaneras y cambiarias; así como las multas y sanciones. También se contabilizarán el valor de las pólizas constituidas a favor de la Nación, correspondientes a obligaciones tributarias, aduaneras y cambiarias incumplidas.
