º. El valor de los préstamos individuales hipotecarios que otorguen las Corporaciones para la adquisición de vivienda, a partir de la vigencia de este Decreto en ningún caso podrá exceder de 10.000 unidades de poder adquisitivo constante (UPAC), para cada unidad de vivienda.
