Articulo 2º Para dar cumplimiento al artículo 30 de la Ley 90 de 1948 y a las modificaciones contenidas en el presente Decreto, autorízase a la Junta Nacional de Reconstrucción para continuar asesorando al Gobierno en la importación, distribución, venta de materiales, equipos y elementos que se adquieran con los fondos del saldo del empréstito de US$ 10.000.000 otorgado por el Export-Import Bank el 12 de agosto de 1948, conforme a lo dispuesto por el Decreto numero 320 bis de 1949 y los respectivos Decretos reglamentarios.
