Créase la Comisión Nacional Intersectorial para la Coordinación y Orientación Superior del Beneficio de Animales Destinados para el Consumo Humano, en adelante la Comisión, con el fin de armonizar las políticas orientadas a desestimular y erradicar el beneficio ilegal de animales destinados para el consumo humano, así como el transporte y comercialización de la carne y productos cárnicos comestibles obtenidos en esas condiciones.
