Los Oficiales de Marina graduados en la extinguida Escuela Naval de Cartagena que hayan prestado servicio en los barcos de la Armada o en las dependencias de ésta o en la Marina Mercante Nacional o que hubieren obtenido ascensos por decretos ejecutivos, serán reconocidos como Oficiales ejecutivos con antigüedad que les corresponda en los términos de esta Ley, y figurarán en el Escalafón correspondiente.
