º Con la suma de que trata el artículo anterior se aumenta la apropiación en el artículo 28, capítulo 13, del presupuesto de gastos de la actual vigencia del Ministerio de Gobierno, cuya leyenda quedará así: "Artículo 28. Para el pago de raciones de presos, material de las Cárceles de Distrito y de Circuito Judicial, jornales de los presos que trabajan en la carretera entre Melgar y el Boquerón, mejoras del campamento de los mismos, compra de herramientas y elementos que se necesiten para dicha vía, $ 361,232.
