º Planta. La Planta de Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional será fijada anualmente por él .Gobierno, cuando no lo hiciere continuará rigiendo la que se encuentra vigente.

Parágrafo

En casos especiales el Gobierno podrá modificar la planta fijada para el respectivo año. CAPITULO II DE LA CLASIFICACIÓN
