Los organismos de radiodifusión podrán realizar fijaciones efímeras de obras, interpretaciones, y ejecuciones cuyos titulares hayan consentido con su transmisión, con el único fin de utilizarlas en sus propias emisiones por el número de veces estipulada, y estarán obligados a destruirlas inmediatamente después de la última transmisión autorizada.
