ARTICULO 75. Asignaciones mensuales y primas para Oficiales y Suboficiales del Escalafón Complementario. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales inscritos en el Escalafón Complementario mientras permanezcan en servicio activo, devengarán la asignación básica, primas, subsidios y viáticos correspondientes al grado inmediatamente superior.

Parágrafo

El personal a que se refiere este artículo, en ningún caso podrá ascender fiscalmente.
