De los delegados oficiales ante la Junta Directiva . Los Ministros y demás autoridades Nacionales que puedan acreditar delegados suyos para formar parte de la Junta Directiva del Instituto, lo harán designando funcionarios de sus correspondientes reparticiones administrativas o de organismos adscritos o vinculados a su Despacho.
