De las funciones de la Comisión de Personal Corresponde a la Comisión de Personal concede reclamaciones que basan los funcionarios sobre sus condiciones de la calificación de servicios y sobre les faltas cuando el funcionario ha va incurrido en hechos sancionables con suspensión mayor de diez (10) días o destitución. La comisión rendirá al jefe del organismo respectivo sobre los casos sometidos a su consideración, quin decidirá en definitiva.
