°. Aplicación excluyente. No se aplicará con respecto a la misma mercancía, y al mismo tiempo, una medida de salvaguardia textil y

a)

Una medida de salvaguardia bilateral bajo el mismo acuerdo comercial internacional, a la que se hace referencia en Decreto 1820 de 2010; o

b)

Una medida de salvaguardia bajo el artículo XIX del GATT de 1994 y el Acuerdo sobre Salvaguardias de la OMC.
