º . Las Corporaciones con juntamente con los distritos y municipios podrán concentrar la inversión que harán en los distritos y municipios durante la vigencia de 1994. En todo caso para esta anualidad, las inversiones podrán ejecutarse de conformidad con los planes y programas que para tal efecto hayan adoptado las Corporaciones y con los proyectos contemplados en la ley de presupuesto.
