DEL CONTROL DE ENTREGA DE LAS CUENTAS DE COBRO. Las empresas de servicios públicos domiciliarios deberán desarrollar sistemas de control mediante pruebas selectivas o procedimientos similares con el fin de constatar que las entregas de cuentas de cobro se están efectuando dentro de los términos del artículo anterior. El incumplimiento del procedimiento establecido será causal de mala conducta del funcionario responsable.
