ART 290. Incurrirán en la misma pena:

El militar que en acto del servicio de armas maltratare de obra á un superior á cuyas órdenes se hallare, salvo si el maltrato se ocasionare de haber sido el inferior ofendido en su honra como marido ó padre;

El militar que al frente del enemigo ó de rebeldes ó sediciosos, desobedeciere las órdenes de sus superiores, siempre que estas órdenes se refieran al servicio de armas.
