De conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Ley 60 de 1993, las mismas funciones y responsabilidades asignadas en este reglamento a las secretarías de educación distritales, serán también cumplidas por las secretarías de educación de los municipios que obtengan la certificación que les permita la administración de los recursos del situado fiscal y la prestación del servicio educativo.
